Human Capital
In Economics, human capital is the combined
- knowledge,
- skills, and
- experience
a worker has acquired over time. Just like physical capital (eg: machines and land), the more human capital a person has, the more productive they are.
I thought to adapt human capital to my resumé: a written collection of everything I've done. When I'm creating a resumé, I can select from my human capital what I want to showcase.
